Refund policy

We have a 20-day return policy for rolled prints only (excluding framed paper and stretched canvas options). If you’re not happy with your rolled print, just send an email to [email protected] and we will help with the return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Before returning, we recommend packaging the print exactly as it was on arrival. This will minimize the likelihood of any damage in transit.

Return shipping fees will be paid by the sender. A refund will be issued as soon as your print arrives at our office and we confirm it is damage-free. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like original art pieces, framed paper and framed canvas prints. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
